Women in Tech Breakfast: Building Inclusive Communities

Our Women in Tech breakfast series creates space for women and allies to discuss challenges, mentorship, and leadership in Pakistan's tech ecosystem. Over 60 attendees joined the March session featuring alumni panelists from Microsoft partners and startups.

Topics included negotiating internships, finding sponsors, and balancing academics with community work. Small-group mentoring matched seniors with first-year students for ongoing check-ins.

Inclusion strengthens every team. MLSC MAJU commits to diverse speaker lineups, accessible event venues, and code-of-conduct enforcement at all official activities.
